Releasing the calculation is a good chant for a deep night’s sleep………..would one possibly consider the calculations to be a base for the blank canvas.?……..they just need to be formatted correctly?…….our calculations need to set free our inner wisdom and not block our true journey..sensory overload is what needs to be blocked or controlled….maybe????

      Whatever works! The key, I feel, is realizing we are not all that noise… all those calculations. Just as we take nourishment from our food and eliminate what does not nourish us, its good to eliminate mental impressions that don’t serve us.
