Give yourself permission to be who you are.
Take all the self-doubt and cast it off the tallest bridge you can find.
Thump the critic inside of you and say “Quiet! You have no standing here!”
Now make a secret plan.
Hug yourself every day. Not smugly or with a sense of self-satisfaction.
Hug the child within you. Nurture the wounded self. Be kind and compassionate with YOU.
Then… when you’re ready… when you’ve really got it down pat… you can spread it around.
