Listen to the Now

 Listen.

What do you hear?  What is the tenor of the shifting sound of now?

Notice the most distant noises.  No need to identify them.  Just listen.

Then become aware of the closer resonance.  The immediate sounds around you.

Now delve into your interior spaces, hearing the subtle sound of your breath… The beat of your heart.

Can you hear the universe?

It is softly chanting an endless stream of OM.

Then expand it back.

The sound around you.

The more distant din.

Can you hear the universe?

It is softly chanting an endless stream of OM.
