The Inner Light of Tenderness

Radiant Light

There is a sacred place deep within each of us that is profoundly tender… so tender that we often unknowingly guard it so well that we lose touch with it. It is like the blue flame of light glowing within the cone of a candle flame. It is pure, eternal and radiant with love.

This week I invite you to reconnect with the light of tenderness in your heart center. You might even try gazing at a candle flame and connecting with the blue light, then envisioning this light in your heart center radiating tenderness throughout your entire being.

When stress or concern arise, find your tenderness and surrender into it. Allow yourself to accept and embrace your tenderness, seeing it as a blessing rather than a vulnerability. Be tender with all those around you, tender with mother Earth, tender with all that is.

Know that you are radiant and beautiful.

And me! Lately I have been learning and focusing on responding to stressful moments by doing the opposite of what my immediate reaction chooses. Tenderness is a great tool and gift to focus on.
    Thank you! Kelly
